Section 01

Agreement & Atelier Scope

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Frances Apparel ("we," "our," "the Atelier"), registered and operating at DUTSE-PE MODEL MARKET, Abuja, Nigeria.

By accessing our website, purchasing ready-to-wear garments, commissioning bespoke tailoring, or interacting with our concierge channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 02

Orders, Pricing & Payments

All garment prices displayed on our platform are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless alternative currency selection is made.

  • Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed via Paystack. We accept major Nigerian debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), direct bank transfers, and international payment cards.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment authorization is completed and an order reference number is generated.

Studio Pickup & Delivery Logistics

We offer physical atelier collection in Abuja and reliable nationwide and international delivery:

Abuja Studio Pickup

Complimentary pickup at our Abuja atelier in DUTSE-PE MODEL MARKET, Abuja, Nigeria. Ready within 2 hours for in-stock ready-to-wear garments.

Nationwide Delivery

Fulfilled via GUO Logistics and GIG Logistics (Terminal Pickups: 2–4 days, Doorstep Delivery: 3–5 days).

Returns & Refunds Policy

The Same Condition Refund Policy

If the product is returned in the same condition that was given, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges & Unwanted Items

  • We don't offer exchanges.
  • We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period (7 calendar days from delivery).

Returning a Faulty or Incorrect Item

  • If you've received something you haven't ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back to us.
  • If you choose to return, it's your responsibility to pay for your return.
"Fill in the section on the back of your delivery slip to say the item is incorrect and put it inside your parcel when you send it."

"Same Condition" Verification Criteria

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, perfumes, or deodorant marks.
  • All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Garments must not have undergone any alterations or tailoring modifications.

CAUTION

If we suspect someone after wearing their purchases and then returning them, or the items returned don't match what we sent then we might have to make a complaint regarding the account.

If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Section 06

Bespoke Tailoring & Complimentary Alterations

Bespoke commissions are individually patterned, hand-cut, and custom-tailored to singular client proportions. Because bespoke pieces cannot be resold, custom bespoke commissions are non-refundable once fabric cutting has begun.

Our Bespoke Fit Commitment: To guarantee an immaculate silhouette, Frances Apparel provides complimentary precision alterations at our Abuja atelier until you are completely satisfied with the fit and drape.

Section 07

Artisanal Craftsmanship & Natural Textiles

Every Frances Apparel piece is handcrafted with premium textiles. Slight natural variations in fabric weave, texture, and handcrafted stitching are hallmarks of authentic bespoke fashion and do not constitute defects.

Section 08

Intellectual Property Rights

All original garment designs, pattern architectures, photography, brand identity assets, logos, and editorial texts displayed on this platform are the proprietary intellectual property of Frances Apparel.

Section 09

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all purchase agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (FCT Abuja courts jurisdiction).
