Important for International Orders: For all international orders, the final shipping cost will be determined after your parcel has been weighed. We will contact you with the exact shipping fee before dispatch.

For diaspora clients or those outside Abuja, we offer comprehensive 1-on-1 virtual bespoke sessions over WhatsApp Video or Zoom. Our head of tailoring personally guides you through capturing your precise body measurements using our standardized guide.

We showcase textile textures in high-definition video, finalize custom silhouettes, and record your bespoke pattern in our digital archive for effortless future commissions.

Custom bespoke garments typically require 7 to 14 business days from measurement confirmation to final press and quality inspection. For urgent occasions (weddings, red-carpet events, galas), expedited atelier production is available upon request.

We process all online transactions securely through Paystack. We accept:

  • All Nigerian Naira (NGN) debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve)
  • Direct Nigerian bank transfers via dedicated virtual account numbers
  • International credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express in USD, GBP, and EUR)

All payment sessions are encrypted with bank-grade 256-bit SSL protocols.

Same Condition Refund Guarantee: If the product is returned in the same condition that was given (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original designer tags intact), we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives back to us. Please note:

  • Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period (7 calendar days).
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you've received something you haven't ordered, send it back and we'll refund you upon arrival.
  • Return Shipping: If you choose to return, it's your responsibility to pay for your return.
  • Delivery Slip: Fill in the section on the back of your delivery slip to say the item is incorrect/reason for return and put it inside your parcel when you send it.
  • Bespoke Tailoring: Custom bespoke pieces include complimentary precision alterations at our Abuja atelier.
